Restoration Knowledge Center
ÑUIYANÑI – HUB
Since 2021, the family of Amelia, León, and Juan, are living and stewarding Nuiyanni in collaboration with the Kogi elders from the Kaggaba Village of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta.
Hub Vision
to establish an innovative soil restoration center that combines ancestral and academic knowledge to facilitate the production and dissemination of restoration knowledge to actors throughout the bioregion.
The project aims to restore Nuiyanni land soils affected by years of overgrazing, monocultures, and agrochemical use, and to recover a biological corridor within the land that would host endangered plant and animal specieOrder Nows like the Blue-billed Curassow, Howler Monkey, and Marmoset Monkey.

Cacao, Art & Regeneration
ABANA KAYO – HUB
ABANA KAYO faces a critical ecological challenge due to the rapid decline of Colombia’s Tropical Dry Forest, which now covers only 8% of its original area. Over the past half-century, the land has suffered from degenerative livestock grazing, resulting in significant degradation and biodiversity loss.
Hub Vision
to become a key biodiversity hotspot that hosts the majority of species native to this ecosystem. The initiative plans to establish 15 hectares of ecological restoration, 6 hectares of assisted conservation, 5 hectares of cacao plantation in highly biodiverse agroforestry, and to protect 1 kilometer of the existing water creek on the land.
To raise conservation awareness, the hub will exhibit LandArt installations crafted from forest materials throughout the conservation area while also generating income through the processing and local sale of “Cacao Fino.”

La Fábrica del Arte
TIERRA KILWA – HUB
In a hilly area of the small coastal town of Palomino, just 600 meters from the Caribbean Sea, the family of Luca, Chiara, and Gea is establishing a Sustainable Innovation Community for Families of Regenerative Entrepreneurs. The Stewardship NFT will finance the tokenization and implementation of “La Fábrica del Arte: a School of Art and Craft,” situated on a 1000 sqm plot of land.
Hub Vision
to launch processes of cultural regeneration and to serve as a bio-cultural activation center for the corridor. To function as a production space for LandArt installations using forest materials, which will be strategically placed in conservation corridor zones to raise awareness and encourage community participation. La Fabrica will support game changers by providing education in art, life skills, and regenerative entrepreneurship. Surrounding areas will be reforested with native trees and agroforestry for restoration.

An ArteSelva Project
SEWINDUA CORRIDOR
The Sewindua Corridor was planted in 2024 by INHABIT. Located in the heart of the tourist town of Palomino, the corridor is home to over 140 native species, occupying different stratas of a restored Dry Forest transitioning to a humid ecosystem.
Hub Vision
This project aims to expand this urban corridor throughout the town, creating a safe migratory zone for both wildlife and people. While the corridor is not currently tokenized, plans for a stewardship program are underway
