We are shaping a global corridor to protect vital ecosystems and drive bio-cultural innovation

INHABIT establishes Bio-Cultural Hubs and develops Rural Innovation Tools to build corridors.

how we do it

STEWARDSHIP NFT

The Stewardship NFT is a powerful tool designed to build and sustain the Corridor, a network of interconnected bio-cultural hubs.

By purchasing the NFT, individuals become lifelong stewards of a specific Hub, gaining utility and stewardship rights over designated plots of land, allowing them to actively participate in governance decisions that impact these vital ecosystems and many other benefits.

NFT funds are used to acquire degraded lands and turn them into Biodiversity Hotspots. Lands are safeguarded under the innovative INHABIT land tenure framework, a pioneering model of natural reserves which recognizes nature as a legal subject of rights, and takes land protection and stewardship to a new level
Our Key Value Proposition

NFT Stewardship Rights and Benefits

INHABIT Land Tenure Framework and Stewardship NFT bring return of value to investors, to nature and communities of stewards

Life-long Land rights

Utility and stewardship rights over tokenized real-world lands, with increasing benefits and returns as the NFT evolves in future versions over time.

Exclusive Bio-cultural Access

access to bio-cultural experiences, events and workshops at the corridor’s bio-cultural hubs.

Impact Monitoring

Track the progress of the land you help protect through real-time data and impact reports, geolocation, visual mapping and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Inhabit Land Tenure Model

Innovative Land tenure

Permanently safeguards the land by recognizing it as a legal entity with rights, while providing specific rights and benefits to individuals who support its regeneration.

Restoration and Beyond

Offers land security and restoration financing to stewards, creating conditions that enable long-term care, regeneration, and the expansion of the ecological corridor.

Empowerment

Smart contracts ensure stakeholders’ rights are enforced, promoting transparency, verification, and active participation in projects.
Quick Explanation

BIO-CULTURAL HUBS (BCHs)

Located across diverse bioregions, BCHs act as key biodiversity hotspots and “living seed storage,” preserving and sharing biological resources and living knowledge along the corridor.

BCHs function as incubators and training grounds for future land stewards, offering education in rural social innovation, biodiversity conservation, and community-driven ecological regeneration, while providing access to key resources essential for long-term stewardship.

Each BCH is tasked with extending the corridor, by engaging with other BCHs and through collaborative work with key restoration projects and communities within their bioregion..

Biodiversity Hotspots

Hubs generate, preserve, and share a unique pool of bio-cultural diversity, art, and wisdom to spread along the corridor.

Incubators of Land Stewards

Hubs serve as training grounds for future land stewards in rural-social innovation, community-driven ecological regeneration, and allocating key resources to establish Hubs.

Corridor Pathfinder

Hubs have the mission to connect and collaborate with other regenerative projects in their bioregion, actively working to extend conservation corridor areas.
